Important Information on the Business Visa (C11) for Exhibition Participation in Indonesia

As of January 9, 2024, following the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights (KEPMENKUMHAM) No. M.HH-02.GR.01.04 of 2023, every foreigner who intends to participate in meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions (MICE) held in Indonesia as an exhibitor or to introduce or market goods/services from abroad, MUST apply for a Single-Entry Visitor Visa (Index C11 – BUSINESS MICE).

The C11 Visa aligns with Indonesia’s immigration regulations and allows international exhibitors to legally participate in exhibition activities. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience during the event, we strongly advise all international exhibitors, including those from ASEAN countries, to apply for the C11 visa.
